Qalqalah - Letters that bounce

Qalqalah is the bouncing back of the sound. there are five letters which have the quality of qalqalah which are ق ط ب ج د. Qalqalah is applied when these letters have a sukoon on them.

We apply qalqalah by touching the makahrij (exit point of a letter) and letting go quickly.

An easy way to remember the qalqalah letters if you learn قُطُب جَد.
